Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the timepiece you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any previous delivery markings are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our horologists inspect the returned item to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
